Moment Gourmet à Orange Fun Time

Le mercredi 4 Mai, j’ai été parmi les heureux élus d’Orange Côte d’Ivoire pour participer à Orange Fun Time, un évènement qui se déroulait à la Résidence Hôtel sis en Zone 4 non loin de l’Hôtel Pergola.

Dans ce lieu sélect, avec des personnes influentes du web et quelques blogueurs, Orange nous a offert un merveilleux diner que je ne pouvais ne pas vous relater.

Le menu a été composé, pour moi, d’une salade césar, d’un riz basilic accompagné de mérou grillé et pour finir d’un fondant au chocolat accompagné d’une boule de glace vanille.

 

 

Commençons par l’entrée, à savoir la salade césar. Déjà, je dirai que j’en ai connu de plus garni. On a quelques feuilles de salade, de la tomate (beaucoup), quelques morceaux de blanc de poulet, quelques croutons (assez gras) le tout arrosé de vinaigrette et voilà ! Bon déjà, je n’imaginais pas la salade césar de la sorte. Pour moi il manque le fromage dans la sauce (sauf s’il y en avait et que je n’ai rien perçu), et il ne devrait pas y avoir de tomate. Mais n’empêche que cela était bon, pas transcendant mais bon.

 

 

Passons au riz basilic accompagné de mérou grillé. Je dis merci à la sauce tomate qui est venue en accompagnement parce que le riz était plus qu’Al dente (cuisson imparfaite) et donc pas très aisé à manger. Le terme basilic aurait dû être associé à petit pois ou le riz aurait du s’appeler riz au légume vert. Un peu de tendresse ne nous aurait pas fait de mal. Le mérou était cuit à la perfection et se laissait manger sans problème, mais seul. Avec le riz, il perdait de son charme. Là je me dis que j’aurais peut être dû prendre un autre accompagnement.

 

 

Enfin, le clou de ce diner, le dessert : un fondant au chocolat accompagné d’une boule de glace. Le fondant était vraiment bon (on finit en beauté) et la glace, légère, accompagnait à la perfection ce trop plein de chocolat. Je me suis sentie au paradis dès la première bouchée.

Les cocktails non alcoolisés que j’ai consommé sont sans sucre et j’ai beaucoup apprécié ce côté naturel.

Un diner qu’on n’oubliera pas, dans une belle ambiance et un beau décor, c’est ce qu’Orange Côte d’Ivoire dans le cadre de sa soirée Orange Fun Time nous a offert.

Wednesday 4 May, I was among the lucky ones Orange Côte d’Ivoire to participate in Orange Fun Time, an event which was held at the Residence Hotel located in Zone 4 near the Pergola Hotel.

In this exclusive place, with influential people of the web and a few bloggers, Orange offered us a wonderful dinner that I could not tell you.

The menu has been made for me a Caesar salad, a grilled grouper accompanied basil rice and finally a chocolate cake accompanied by vanilla ice cream.

Let’s start with the entrance, ie the Caesar salad. Already, I will say that I have known more garni. We have a few salad leaves, tomatoes (much), a few pieces of chicken breast, some croutons (bold enough) washed down with dressing and voila! Good already, I did not imagine Caesar salad so. For me it misses the cheese in the sauce (unless there was and I did not seen), and it should not be a tomato. But still it was good, but not transcendent good.

Let the rice accompanied basil grilled grouper. I say thank you to the tomato sauce that came with this because rice was more al dente and therefore not very easy to eat. Basil term should be combined with peas or rice should have been called rice green vegetable. A little tenderness we would not hurt. The grouper was cooked to perfection and left without eating problem, but alone. With rice, it was losing its charm. There I tell myself that I might be had to take another coaching.

Finally, the highlight of the dinner, the dessert: a chocolate fondant accompanied by a scoop of ice cream. The fondant was really good (we end in beauty) and ice, light, accompanied to perfection this too full of chocolate. I felt in heaven from the first bite.

Non-alcoholic cocktails I’ve eaten are sugar and I appreciated this natural side.

A dinner we will not forget in a great atmosphere and beautiful decor, this is what Orange Côte d’Ivoire as part of the evening Orange Fun Time offered us.
