Instant by Madame Koffi à Pullman

Pour le travail, je me rends à l’hôtel Pullman situé au Plateau. Selon mon patron, je dois observer le travail pour palier à toutes situations…

Il faut savoir que se retrouver un vendredi soir, épuisée dans un hôtel pour bosser cela n’est pas évident. Je profite donc d’un moment d’accalmie pour découvrir le bar Awalé du hall de l’hôtel.

C’est la première fois que je vais consommer quelque chose au Pullman. Normalement je ne fais qu’y passer. Je m’installe au bar à grand peine lol. Je ne suis pas grande donc me jucher sur une chaise de bar avec style et panache c’est presqu’impossible pour moi. Je demande ensuite à voir la carte des cocktails. Au bar, il y a Madame Koffi et lorsque je regarde la carte, je découvre que les cocktails portent le nom des employés du bar.

Passionnée de banane (je parle du fruits lol) mon choix se porte sur un premier choix mais malheureusement (c’est ce que je pense sur le moment) il n’y a pas de banane. Pour un vendredi soir c’est le rush et les employés sont surmenés mais chose particulière et cela m’impressionne beaucoup, ils gardent leur professionnalisme et le sourire.

Je décide donc de tester le by Madame Koffi en espérant être séduite. Et là je comprends pourquoi ce cocktails clôture le menu. Il est juste extra, fraicheur, peps, douceur, tout un un.

Madame Koffi qui l’exécute avec brio et sans fausse note m’apporte ce sentiment de fierté de savoir que chez moi dans mon pays il y a des barmaids avec ce talent.

Au bar un client me dévore du regard surement parce qu’il n’a jamais vu une personne fermer les yeux et savourer un cocktail avec autant de passion…Je lui lance un sourire. Il faut dire que ces derniers temps j’ai la banane !

Be warned that meeting on a Friday night, exhausted in a hotel for work is not easy. I therefore take advantage of a moment of calm to discover the bar Awalé of the hall of the hotel.

This is the first time I have ever eaten something at the Pullman. Normally I only pass. I moved to the bar with great difficulty lol. I’m not big so stomp on a bar chair with style and panache it’s almost impossible for me. I then ask to see the cocktail menu. At the bar, there is Madame Koffi and when I look at the map, I discover that the cocktails are named after the bar employees.

Passionate about banana (I speak of fruit lol) my choice is on a first choice but unfortunately (this is what I think about the moment) there is no banana. For a Friday night it is the rush and the employees are overworked but something special and it impresses me a lot, they keep their professionalism and smile.

I decide to test the by Madame Koffi hoping to be seduced. And here I understand why this cocktail closes the menu. It is just extra, freshness, peps, sweetness, all one.

Madame Koffi, who performs it brilliantly and without false notes, brings me the feeling of pride to know that at home in my country there are barmaids with this talent.
At the bar a customer devours me with a look because he has never seen a person close their eyes and enjoy a cocktail with such passion … I smile at him. It must be said that lately I have banana!

I will definitely be back for another By Madame Koffi and more.
