Récemment, j’ai eu une expérience désagréable lors d’une sortie dans un endroit de restauration de la ville. À la base de cette expérience, l’attitude déplacée de la serveuse qui semblait ignorer la célèbre citation : « le client est roi ». J’ai donc eu l’idée de cet article sur 4 restaurants sur Abidjan avec un service sans faute. Il y en a plus, c’est certain. Mais ceux-là m’ont marqué et j’en parle juste en bas !

Recently, I had an unpleasant experience during an outing at a restaurant in the city. At the root of this experience was the displaced attitude of the waitress who seemed to ignore the famous quote: « the customer is king ». So I had the idea of this article on 4 restaurants on Abidjan with a service without fault. There’s more, that’s for sure. But those have marked me and I speak just below!

1. Norima

Depuis les premières heures de ce restaurant, je n’ai jamais connu de déconvenue au niveau du service qui n’est ni trop présent ni absent encore moins irrespectueux. J’ai parfois l’impression que les serveurs ont le béguin pour moi (solitude quand tu nous tiens !) Bref, un restaurant que je recommande les yeux fermés pour ce service impeccable qui ne donne qu’une envie, s’éterniser.

Norima est situé au vallon derrière Cash Center.

Since the early hours of this restaurant, I have never experienced a disappointment in the service that is neither too present nor absent even less disrespectful. I sometimes feel that the waiters have a crush on me (loneliness when you hold us!) In short, a restaurant that I recommend with eyes closed for this impeccable service that only gives desire, to drag on.

2. Kallisté

Ma petite maison comme j’aime à appeler ce restaurant à l’ambiance assez spéciale, les bruits du bar se mêlant aux délicieux effluves de la salle de restauration. Ici, je dirai que le service est si familier qu’on se sent comme chez soi. Loin du service glacial et impersonnel, c’est avec le sourire qu’on échange avec les serveurs ou qu’on partage des anecdotes avec les filles du bar.

My little house as I like to call this restaurant with a rather special atmosphere, the sounds of the bar mingling with the delicious scents of the dining room. Here, I would say that the service is so familiar that you feel at home. Far from the frigid and impersonal service, it is with a smile that we exchange with the waiters or that we share anecdotes with the girls of the bar.

3. Mediterranéo

Ce restaurant spécialisé dans la cuisine italienne et européenne m’a dès le premier jour séduite par son côté sélect. Cette table avec des couverts comme à la Pretty Woman, ces nappes immaculées, cette cave à vin bref, un endroit pour les grandes occasions. Mediterranéo offre également un service impeccable. On est pris comme des œufs avec douceur et professionnalisme.

This restaurant specializes in Italian and European cuisine from the first day seduced by its select side. This table with cutlery like the Pretty Woman, these immaculate tablecloths, this short wine cellar, a place for great occasions. Mediterranéo also offers impeccable service. We are taken as eggs with gentleness and professionalism.

4. Le grand large

Belle table, très bon service. Dans ce restaurant qui a pignon sur rue (j’adore l’expression), on ne joue pas avec le service. Le client, peu importe son style vestimentaire (et je peux dire que parfois je fais des folies), est un roi du début à la fin. Et avec le sourire je précise.

Comme je le disais, il y en a plus, mais ceux-là m’ont particulièrement marqué et je me devais de le partager avec vous. Et n’oublions pas dans tous restaurants, le client est roi. Je ne pense pas qu’on doive le rappeler.

Nice table, very good service. In this restaurant which has set on the street (I love the expression), we do not play with the service. The customer, no matter what his dress style (and I can say that sometimes I splurge), is a king from beginning to end. And with a smile I say.
