Food Trip épisode 48 : LA PIERRADE
Conseillée par la boss, accompagnée de Nadiaska et Tatouska, je décide de tester la spécialité la Pierrade. Installées, nous sommes approchées par une serveuse très agréable et polie qui nous conseille comme par hasard de choisir la spécialité la Pierrade.
Cette spécialité se décline en trois options : fruits de mer, poulet et viande.
Les accompagnements sont pris en compte dans le prix de la spécialité choisie.
En résumé, je retiens que le décor est beau et fait très intimiste. Le filet de bœuf est magnifique, les sauces sont réussies, ainsi que les accompagnements. Mais, les fruits de mer et le poulet ne sont pas fameux et pour moi pas à conseiller pour le coût et les efforts fournis. Au-delà de cela, c’est une belle expérience que de surveiller notre repas pour ne pas qu’il brûle en discutant. C’est différent.

My boss told me about the Orphelie Stone grill, a restaurant located in zone 4 on the rue du Docteur Calmette. This restaurant is located in a villa and consists of a dining room and bar. Its the fondue specialty, Stone grill and raclette. Advised by the boss, accompanied by Nadiaska Tatouska and I decided to test the specialty Pierrade. Installed, we are approached by a very pleasant and polite waitress who coincidentally advises us to choose the specialty Pierrade. This specialty comes in three options: seafood, chicken and meat. With three we decided to test three. The concept of this specialty is very simple (apparently). Fresh meat and some sauces including barbecue sauce, béarnaise sauce, mayonnaise to name this are served with vegetables (onions, tomatoes, garlic, parsley) and an oiled griddle and salt for cooking the. This is for customers to showcase their culinary talent to be able to eat and eat well. We need to know simmer, the patient also has to be able to enjoy this specialty. Luckily accompaniments are prepared in the kitchen.
Let’s start with the meat. In 9000 FCFA, we have a good beef tenderloin and delicious fondant. Cooked and accompanied by any sauce and accompaniments, it is a delight for the palate. Potato fries are crispy on top and tender wish. It is a success. With meat, it’s beautiful! My sisters taking potatoes, sauteed land also appreciate. And many. The fried potatoes are spiced. It changes what we commonly eat.
The seafood is at 9500 FCFA. Here, I say that more than anything else fish and fish that is not more selective. We are far from grouper fillet of sole. It is not really tasty nonetheless made the accommodations. It is regrettable to have only a few shrimp in the lot. This distorts the term seafood.
Chicken is worse than the seafood and costs 10,500 FCFA. An elastic skin, fade somewhat succulent brief. It’s disappointing for the cost of the meal and the fact that we should cook it ourselves.

In summary, I remember the decor is beautiful and is very intimate. The beef tenderloin is wonderful, the sauces are successful, and accompaniments. But the seafood and chicken are not famous and for me not to recommend for the cost and effort. Beyond that, it’s a beautiful experience to watch our meal for not discussing it burns. It’s different.
