The Sundae topped with red fruits does not exist at KFC Abidjan.
Who like me is a fan of red fruits? When I have to order a dessert at KFC Abidjan, I take the Red Fruit Topping Sundae.
But, surprise or not, I’ve never eaten it because it simply doesn’t exist.
I remember going to all the shops in Cocody in search of this dessert and instead of telling me the truth, the standard sentence was « it’s currently out of stock ».
Yet it is clearly displayed on the digital sign, on Glovo…
Why not take it down and let the customer decide if they want the chocolate one? Because when it appears on the order form and you hope to receive it, you’ll be amazed when you get the chocolate version.
For me this is the last straw.
If a product does not exist, we do not give another one, it is not what the customer wants.
So make up your mind. Either there is or there isn’t. If not, don’t let it appear anymore to avoid giving us false hopes.
